About us
What we do
We offer comprehensive support for foreigners interested in revitalizing and reusing abandoned houses, known as Akiya, across Japan. Our services guide you through every step of the process, from finding the right property to renovation and settlement.
Who we are
We are members of a real estate investment business that has purchased and rehabilitated abandoned houses in the past to be lived in by the next occupants.
Why we do it
The number of abandoned houses is a growing problem in Japan, and it is predicted that by 2033 there will be 21.5 million abandoned houses, or one out of every three houses in the country. The increase in the number of abandoned houses means that fewer people are living in the area. This not only reduces the vitality of the area, but also makes it difficult to maintain infrastructure such as roads, water, and electricity.
Japan has one of the lowest birthrates and an aging population in the world, and I have a desire to break out of the current situation where regions that have developed so far are declining rapidly due to these problems.
The yen has been weakening in Japan, and the momentum that had been driving the economy in the past has begun to diminish. On the other hand, however, one of Japan’s assets that we can boast of to people overseas is Japan or Japanese culture.

Good old Japanese culture or unparalleled cleanliness. These aspects may make some people want to travel to or live in Japan. I would be very happy to discuss these issues facing Japan today, as well as with you if you would like to live in Japan or have even the slightest interest in Japan’s regional revitalization, and let me lead Japan in the right direction.
